Proverbs 3:13 Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding.
In today's verse we are reminded of how we seek for intelligence and understanding of all the things that happen around us whats the latest news? whats the new discovery of NASA have they contacted extra terrestrials already?
Every individual in this world seeks to find answers by gaining answers they somehow gain knowledge. In today's society someone with great knowledge is believe to be people of wisdom sometimes this knowledge that we acquire is the basis of our standing in society it makes us think we are more capable, more smart and more better than anyone else.
Have you ever ask your self why Jesus Christ choose to be human? He could have himself as king and vanquish anyone who not listen and follow him on his conquest to save us. Instead our savior Jesus Christ humbled himself and save us according to His father's will.
In our verse today Christ is calling us to seek wisdom and to seek wisdom is to be humble in order to gain wisdom not only it will make us joyful but it will open our eyes and hearts to the true understanding that we are to called to serve our fellow men and we are all made equal in Christ eyes.
